Privacy policy

Information we collect

If you create an account, MxLux stores your email address, display name and account identifier. We also store game scores, answers, friend relationships, invitations and multiplayer game activity needed to provide the features you use.

The app may store preferences and recent scores on your device. If you enable browser notifications, your device controls that permission and you can turn it off in your device settings.

How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, save scores, show rankings, connect friends, deliver invitations and notifications, run multiplayer games, prevent misuse and maintain the service.

Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell personal information. MxLux uses service providers for secure hosting, account services and transactional email. Music previews are requested from Apple's public music search service, and revealed songs may be opened in Apple Music. Those services may process technical information under their own privacy policies.

Your display name and scores may be visible to other players in rankings, friend challenges and Playrooms. Your email address is not shown in player search results.

Retention and security

We keep account and game information while it is needed to operate MxLux, meet legal obligations and protect the service. We use access controls designed to limit private game and account information to the appropriate players.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time and disable notifications in your device settings. To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, use the developer contact listed for MxLux on Google Play.

Children

MxLux is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Privacy questions can be sent using the developer contact shown on the MxLux Google Play listing.
