Party — How to play
The host chooses a decade and plays 20 songs on a screen everyone can see and hear. Players or teams scan the host's QR code with their phone camera or open a shared invitation, then enter a name; invited players do not need accounts. Share the QR invitation through your phone's apps, or open an email invitation in your email app. Choose 1, X or 2 on your phone. The host reveals answers and starts each new song. The highest total wins.
Scoring
10 points for a right answer + a 20-point bonus that decreases by 1 each second, down to zero. That's 30 points immediately, 25 after 5 seconds, 20 after 10 seconds and 10 from 20 seconds onward. Wrong answers and timeouts earn 0. Each answer window is two minutes.
Short song previews repeat during the answer window. Saved scores appear on RANKING after a completed game; Party ranks player or team names separately. Games against made-up Hitsgame opponents are not saved online.
